"it only took me approximately a month to give up on this insurance agent. First of all, they jacked up my insurance rate for the automobile higher than my previous agent at a different location. Secondly, when I requested a quote for condo insurance, they did not send me a quote. Instead, they sent me an immediate bill without a prior quote for consideration. I already had condo insurance. I was only asking for a quote to inquire about possibly transferring insurance. Several phone calls to this office has led to neither issue being resolved especially their demand for the unrequested and overpriced condo insurance and they are now sending me notices that the unrequested condo insurance fee is late.. I only chose this location because I like to support local businesses. Unfortunately, I have no longer any trust for these agents at this location."
